ebooklync provides software solutions and consulting for the architecture of corporate digital document distribution systems, internal knowledge management, massive database synchronization, information security auditing, and encrypted data flows. Services are provided according to contractually agreed technical specifications.
The user undertakes to use the platform according to its technical purpose and not to compromise the security of the systems. ebooklync guarantees the functionality of the services as per the documentation but assumes no liability for indirect damages caused by improper use.
To the extent permitted by law, ebooklync is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from unauthorized use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
The user may terminate the use of services at any time, with 30 days prior notice. ebooklync may suspend or terminate access in case of a serious breach of conditions, without notice.
ebooklync reserves the right to modify these terms, with 15 days prior notice via email or on the platform. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance thereof.
